Android 13 Developer Preview! What a joke!
HMD Global had updated very few phones with Android 12 so far. Too many phones are waiting to receive Android 12, 12L OS update. Other brands had provided Android 12 update to their phones long back. Other brands are launching their new phones with Android 12 while HMD had recently launched 2 new phones with Android 11. Before wasting their time and resources in testing Android 13, HMD should first make sure to update all their existing phones to Android 12, 12L.

I would advice anyone to not do this.
HMD doesnt have a PC restore app like other companies do, so if you phone bricks after an update, you will have to send it away for restore
